Our Story
Started in Malabe in 2014. Still at the same address, and still doing business the same way.
Twelve years. One address. A name people come back to.
Avon Lanka began in 2014 as Avon Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, selling vehicles from Malabe — the business that has traded as Avon Lanka Holdings since 2017. Avon Lanka Trading (Pvt) Ltd followed in 2020 to carry the group's import and export business, and Avon Lanka Investments (Pvt) Ltd in 2025.
We started small. What has carried us is simple: straight answers, paperwork done properly, and treating every buyer and every seller as someone we expect to see again.

Where it began
Avon Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is incorporated on 18 March 2014 and begins selling vehicles from Malabe.
Avon Lanka Holdings
Avon Lanka (Pvt) Ltd's vehicle business is registered under the name Avon Lanka Holdings — the same business, at the same address.
Avon Lanka Trading
Avon Lanka Trading (Pvt) Ltd is incorporated on 25 June 2020 to carry the group's import and export business.
Avon Lanka Investments
Avon Lanka Investments (Pvt) Ltd is incorporated on 27 September 2025 to manage the group's investments and bring foreign investment and technology to Sri Lanka.
